Welcome to CommishBot, a Discord bot developed by a group of basketball fantasy enthusiasts. By using CommishBot (“the Bot”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bot.
- Acceptance of Terms: By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Bot. - User Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or violation of any third-party rights. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Bot in any way.
- Intellectual Property: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Bot without express written permission.
- Data Collection and Privacy: By using the Bot, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. - Limitation of Liability: CommishBot developing team shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. In no event shall CommishBot developing team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
